WestJet Infant Policy

Infant permitted to travel with an adult passenger on their lap with no dedicated seat for the infant. Age Limit of infants is seven days and under 2 years. WESTJET does not allow infants above 2 years to travel as a lap of passengers. WestJet does encourage all passengers traveling with children's age of 2 years and above 2 years must purchase tickets to ensure seats.

Carry-on Baggage

All carry-on bags average dimensions are 56 x 46 x 25 cm (22" x 18" x 10") and WESTJET economy class, 10 kg (22 lbs) for premium economy, and 12 kg (26.4 lb). WestJet Check In

WESTJET offers both Online check-in and Airport counter check-in.

Online Check-in

Navigate to manage booking and check-in button you will see enter unique WESTJETPNR (or Booking reference number) and Last name of passenger. Check prompt, manage booking and check-in process. Airport Check-in

If passengers are not able to do online check-in and need special assistance can do check-in using hassle free WestJet airport check-in process. Passengers arrive at least 2 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international departures. WestJet check-in and support desk available at the airport counter.
