CemAir Infant Policy

Infant permitted to travel with an adult passenger on their lap with no dedicated seat for the infant. Age Limit of infants is seven days and under 2 years. CEMAIR does not allow infants above 2 years to travel as a lap of passengers. CemAir does encourage all passengers traveling with children's age of 2 years and above 2 years must purchase tickets to ensure seats.

CemAir baggage policy

CEMAIR has 2 flexible options in its baggage process: 1st Carry-on Baggage and 2nd is Checked Baggage.

Carry-on Baggage

All carry-on bags average dimensions are 56 x 46 x 25 cm (22" x 18" x 10") and CEMAIR economy class, 10 kg (22 lbs) for premium economy, and 12 kg (26.4 lb). To keep the price of your CEMAIR tickets, keep your carry-on items within calculations. For extra baggage, airlines charge you extra fees. The fee depends on destinations where passengers fly with CEMAIR.

Checked Baggage

Checked baggage allowance is 62 linear inches (158 cm), which is the sum of the height, width, and length. CEMAIR checked baggage average dimensions is 27 in x 21 in x 14 in (68 cm x 53 cm x 35 cm). CemAir Checked baggage weight allowed average 40 lbs (18 kg) and up to 70 lbs (32 kg). If passengers exceed the limit, airlines charge add-on baggage that completely depends on routes passengers fly.

CemAir Cancellation policy

CemAir allow 24-hour cancellation policy (cooling-off period, risk-free cancellation). As per DOT rules CemAir allow passenger can cancel tickets within 24 hours without any cancillation fees and penality.

Duration: The 24-hour cancellation period typically begins immediately after you book your CemAir ticket.

Eligibility: Most of the CemAir tickets including No-rufndable and refundable tickets are eligible for 24-hour cancellation policy window.

Exceptions: CemAir promotional fares not include in 24-hour cancellation policy.

CemAir Check In

CEMAIR offers both Online check-in and Airport counter check-in.

Online Check-in

CEMAIR web check-in is available through CemAir website. Navigate to manage booking and check-in button you will see enter unique CEMAIRPNR (or Booking reference number) and Last name of passenger. Check prompt, manage booking and check-in process. Passengers can select their CEMAIR seat with flexible CEMAIR seat selection.

Airport Check-in

If passengers are not able to do online check-in and need special assistance can do check-in using hassle free CemAir airport check-in process. Passengers arrive at least 2 hours before domestic departures and 3 hours before international departures. CemAir check-in and support desk available at the airport counter. Ask CemAir staff to do a check-in agent will ask you CemAir PNR and booking reference number and few step check-in done.

CemAir Domestic tickets validity few days to a year from the date of purchase and CemAir international tickets be longer range days to year from date of purchase.

CemAir allow In some cases (medical, disaster and emergency) , passengers may have the option to extend the validity and waiver of their tickets for a fee.

CemAir special fares and promotions are available for limited dates and destinations. CemAir also offer open tickets, which allow travelers to book travel on a specific route without specifying the exact dates.

CemAir Upgrade Policies: If upgrade applicable, the fare rules may include with upgrade fees its complete depends on routes and dates of travel.
